Educational Details

I have done my B.E. and M.E. in Textile Engineering from Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Textile Engineering from the same institute.

Work Experience

On 1st October 2015, I have started working as a Teaching Faculty in Department of Textile Manufacturing Technology at SIR BPTI Bhavnagar. Prior to that, I have worked from September 2013 to September 2015 (2 years) as a Junior Research Fellow and subsequently as a Senior Research Fellow in Department of Textile Technology at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

1. Attended 2 weeks training on "ENGINEERING APPLICATION OF TEXTILE AND FUNCTIONAL CLOTHING" organized by  L. D. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, AHMEDABAD 

2. Attended 2 weeks training on "INDUCTION TRAINING PROGRAMME PHASE-I" from 6th February 2017 to 17th February 2017 at NITTTR Extension Center, Ahmedabad.
3. Attended 2 weeks training on "INDUCTION TRAINING PROGRAMME PHASE-II" from 10th April 2017 to 21th April 2017 at NITTTR Extension Center, Ahmedabad.

Different Portfolios

1. Student Training and Placement Coordinator: Coordinating with leading textile industries for the training of final (7th) semester students which is a part of their course curriculum. Once students complete their industrial in-plant training then contacting the industries for job placement, campus/off-campus placement.

2. Student Section MIS Coordinator: Filling up the details in the MIS website regarding student timetable, attendance, etc.
3. LLCC: Coordinating with the institute cleaning supervisor for the cleanliness of department (laboratory, classroom, faculty cabins).
4. Institute Common Website Development Departmental Coordinator: Coordinating with the department faculties in order to fill in or update the individual faculty details.
